Alternative to Aquarium Sealant

Hello All

I need to seal a open wire on some LED lights im trying, what can I use?

Is this for "under water" or "above water"? If above, what's wrong with some basic electrical tape?

its for Led lights, but the tank is hot so there is lot of humidity and evaporating on the Lid where they will be placed.

Im going to use heatshrink, but I need the end sealed. I dont want to risk anything! So I might try Superglue or is it conductive?

Heatshrink tubing will be fine. If you are not happy with that, spend £5-10 at your LFS and get some silicon.
