Aqua Oak 200L my first Aquascape

Postby david_bikeguy » Mon Apr 17, 2017 8:51 am

Had a ebay browse whilst in Italy with work and came across a bargain so the following weekend we collected a 200l Aqua oak setup with filters, heaters, lights etc for about 1/4 of the retail cost!
Only 6mnths old and perfect.

since stripped, stained and danish oiled ( to match existing furniture)

Had my first go at Aquascaping, inspired by a rocky pass in the peaks. still needs a few more plants, realised i need to up my lights and add Co2 next

Very nice. Those oak tanks are my favourite and you've done it up very well. Bet you're looking forward to stocking it.

Buy some small little fish to help with the cycle. I have a diddy 12l tank which I cycled with some galaxy rosboras which made the whole process less painful.
